Reigning Cats & Dogs Too! is a place for "pampered pets and the people they own". We believe in only the best quality for our four-legged friends because they deserve no less. Working in our retail store gives us the opportunity to meet lots of other people who love their pets as much as we do. Animal lovers usually understand that dogs and cats are people too. However, once in a while I’ll meet a skeptic who might say “This fancy bed is more for the owner than for the animal” or “he’s a dog—he doesn’t know what a pretty collar is”. When I hear someone say something like that, I tell them this story:

We used to have a beautiful golden retriever named Hogan. He was probably one of the most gorgeous goldens I have ever seen and he knew it. When he was young he would walk down the street with his head up and his tail waving while all the passers-by stared at this beautiful dog. He was truly a king. Well, as all dogs do, unfortunately, Hogan got old and sick. He was dying. He would barely get up to eat or to go out. We knew that the end was near. I happened to be at a pet store one day during this difficult time and decided to buy him a pretty collar for a treat. He had always worn a plain choker chain and never had anything fancy. When I got home and put the new collar on him, he stood up and actually started prancing around the kitchen. For a few minutes he had that old sparkle in his eyes and that regal bearing back. He knew that the collar was special and it made him feel beautiful and young again, if only for a little while.

Sadly, Hogan had to be put down soon after that, but we still think of him often and I will never forget that moment when something as simple as a silly collar made a tired old dog feel like he was king of the world again.

We ship most of our in stock orders via US Priority mail with delivery confirmation (3-5 business day delivery) and charge shipping fees based on the cost of the order (see chart above). Extra shipping charges may apply for Hawaii & Alaska.

When your order is shipped we will send you an e mail with the tracking information so that you will know when to expect delivery.

If a shipping time is listed on the web page of your order, that is a custom order & will take the amount of time listed. For custom orders your credit card is charged at time of order processing and shipment will take the shipping time listed on the page. Extra shipping charges may apply for Hawaii & Alaska.

Our shipping rates are based on 5-7 day Ground delivery, if you need something faster please contact us for a rate quote.

We are more than happy to ship anywhere in the world! For International orders, shipping charges will vary and will be charged separate from the order AFTER it is placed.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by providing top quality products. We realize, however, that sometimes a product is not exactly what you expected. If you wish to return an item within 30 days of your purchase, you may do so and receive a credit toward the purchase of another item; or you may receive a refund of the purchase price. (Shipping charges are not refundable.) You may also contact us via e-mail at reigncatsdogs@msn.com for return authorization. Be sure to leave contact information with your request. Please measure for your Bowser Pet Bed carefully, any exchanges or returns will incur a 20% re-stocking fee, shipping is not refundable. Any exchanges or returns must be sent back to Reigning Cats & Dogs Too!, not the Manufacturer (Bowser). Please call or e mail for a return authorization.

If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, or any other U.S. protectorate we will only charge you the US Postal Rate.

International Customers:

All non-U.S. international orders are shipped via the US Postal Service.

3. How long will it take for me to get my order?

If you are ordering a "special order" item the usual ship time is 10 days to 2 weeks. All of the Melia Personalized products will take 2 to 3 weeks to ship.Everything else will ship out 2-3 days after your order is received.

Priority Mail packages should arrive 2-3 days after being shipped.

Next-Day Delivery orders will be shipped as requested and we will add a surcharge to shipping.

International packages vary, e-mail us for details.

4. Do you provide tracking numbers or delivery confirmation numbers?

We do provide tracking numbers and Delivery Confirmation numbers on all orders. You will receive an e-mail with this information when your product ships. With the problem of spam today, sometimes our tracking emails will be blocked or put into a spam folder, if for any reason you do not get a tracking number, please contact us at 1-570-228-4026 and someone will be able to assist you.

APO orders and International orders will not be notified of tracking numbers.

5. Can I order over the phone?

Yes. We understand that even though our site is 100% secure, ordering online is a new experience for many. Please call us at 1-570-228-4026 if you are uncomfortable ordering online. We will be happy to assist.

7. I am experiencing problems ordering online is it my computer or your server?

It could be both! We try to maintain the best site possible including using Yahoo! for our server and back-end support. We do sometimes experience problems. If you can not place your order online please call us at 1-570-228-4026. There is an answering service that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible about your order and contact information.

If you are experiencing problems with your shopping basket 'not holding your items as you continue to shop' make sure that you are allowing 'cookies' in your browser's security settings.
